Your DNA file is never uploaded or stored.

The report is built inside your own web browser, on your own computer, so your file is read where it already is. Privacy is enforced by architecture, not by a policy you have to trust.

How do two of us use one order?

Both reports arrive in the account of whoever buys, and we email that person a sign-in link. Generate each report from there, attaching the DNA file of the person it's for. Each report includes up to three runs, for a retry, a lost PDF or an updated version.

Do we both need a DNA file?

Yes. Each report reads one person's genes, so each of you attaches your own file. The two files can come from different DNA services.

What if one of us doesn't have a DNA file yet?

You need raw data from 23andMe, Ancestry, MyHeritage, or another DNA service. We do not sell kits, so order a test from one of them first, then download your raw data file from their site.

Can we buy the reports separately?

Yes. Each report is $99 on its own. The bundle is $159 for both, so you save $39.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once for both reports, and there's nothing to renew or cancel.

Will it work with our DNA files?

Raw data files from 23andMe, Ancestry, MyHeritage and SelfDecode work today. Tested somewhere else? Email info@noorns.com and we'll tell you whether your file works.

Can we do it on a phone?

For now, generating a report works best on a computer. Once it's ready, you can read the PDF on any device.

Can we get a refund?

Yes. You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase if you haven't accessed or started generating your report. If your file can't produce a report, we'll reset your run or refund you. Email info@noorns.com.

Will the reports update when new research comes out?

Yes, when we update them. Each report includes up to three runs, for a retry, a lost PDF or an updated version. If we add new research while you still have a run left, run it again and you get the new version.
