Our Origins

Noorns NuGen was founded by Bailey Farstad, a physicist-turned-nutrigenomics practitioner whose own post-viral illness led her to this field. After over a decade of 1:1 counseling, she built software to scale the same depth of insight, so anyone with a DNA file can access evidence-based, personalized recommendations.

What’s In A Name?

“Noorns” nods to the Norse Norns, who shape destiny. “NuGen” stands for nutrigenomics. Together, they reflect a simple idea: you can influence your health trajectory, starting with your genes.
