Methylation and diet

Our most popular report and the basis for all reports, at only $29, is the Methylation and Diet report. This report focuses on Methylation, detoxification and diet. Methylation is a vital biochemical process in the body: it is the mechanism behind epigenetics and is responsible for turning off and on genes. It is involved with every cell in the body, including making new DNA, producing energy, healthy immune system function, the detoxification of heavy metals and toxins, regulation of gene expression and protein function, and central to the synthesis of neurotransmitters; the chemical messengers which mediate mental and emotional states. Imbalances in methylation status results from genetic defects in the enzymes which regulate the process of methylation ($29).

Our methylation report is the most comprehensive methylation and transsulfuration report on the market, and yet one of the most affordable: most reports are 5-10 pages, ours is 132! Methylation is such a vital biological process that I wanted it to be as affordable as possible. The report includes all folate precursor genes and helps you determine the right chemical form of all your B vitamin needs. If you have an MTHFR variant and want to improve your methylation status, but are overwhelmed with which vitamins to take, this is the report for you.

Nutrigenomic Report for HPA-Axis and Methylation

This report is designed to analyze the genes involved in the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. The HPA axis involves the hypothalamus, corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH), the pituitary gland, and the production of cortisol in the adrenal cortex. It is a central part of the body’s stress response system and plays a crucial role in regulating various physiological processes, including the stress response, metabolism, immune function, and mood ($49).

Genetics of Anxiety: The Works

The basis of this report is the Methylation and HPA Axis Report. It then goes onto include genes that are related to the following anxiety disorders: Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Panic Disorder, and Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD). The goal of this report is to help you understand the complex interaction between genetics and your environment. Identifying these factors is essential for developing more effective interventions for the type of anxiety disorder you may have ($99).

Diet and longevity:

This report focuses on reducing age-related disease risks, optimizing your macro- and micronutrient needs while selecting the perfect diet for your genotype; helping you to be the best version of you. This report analyzes your energy metabolism genes, insulin sensitivity, diabetes type ii risk, neurotransmitter receptors, hormones, methylation, heart disease risk, Age-Related Macular Degeneration risk, thyroid function and more ($89).

nutrigenomic protocol for Breast cancer prevention

The field of Nutrigenomics is playing a fundamental role in breast tumor prevention and early detection. Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women. Of newly diagnosed cancers, breast cancer is the second most frequently occuring cancer worldwide. Breast cancer is a disease in which certain cells in the breast become abnormal and multiply uncontrollably to form a tumor. Our Nutrigenomic Protocol for Breast Cancer Prevention Report scientifically identifies your individual genetic susceptibilities in order to implement targeted dietary and environmental choices to reduce your inherited genetic risk factors, thereby reducing your risks of having Breast Cancer ($59).

Nutrigenomic protocol for alzheimer's disease prevention

This Report focuses on a Nutrigenomic and precision medicine approach to Alzheimer's Disease Prevention. Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive, neurodegenerative disease and the most common form of dementia in elderly people. It is estimated that 50 million individuals are affected by dementia worldwide and Alzheimer's disease accounts for 50–60% of dementia. This report is updated with the latest genetic research on early and late onset Alzheimer's Disease. In this report, you will discover if you have a higher predisposed risk to Alzheimer's Disease. The report teaches you how to implement proven strategies to reduce your genetic risks aiming at preventing the disease altogether ($59).

Female and Male Fertility reports

I am very excited to announce the Female and Male Fertility Reports as it was an intense 8 month labor of love and research to create. I think it is far and beyond anything that is currently on the market as most genetic fertility reports cover about 15-20 genes and I have 50+ and have included micronutrient genes (vitamin D, vitamin A, vitamin E, iron, folate, B vitamins, etc.).

For women, it also helps narrow down genetic contributing causes to your infertility issues such as: Methylation, Immuno Infertility, Tubal Factor Infertility, Endometriosis, PCOS, Implantation Failure, Coagulation Disorder, etc. This will help you know the correct specialist or receive the correct dose of hormones/medications specific to your individual needs to increase your chances of a successful pregnancy ($249).

For men, this report covers genetic contributing factors to spermatogenic failure, azoospermia, sperm quality, motility and function. It covers antioxidant and methylation genes as well as micronutrient needs ($249).

Nutrigenomic Report for Immune Polarization and Dysfunction

This report is designed for those with chronic illness that is caused by immune dysfunction. It is a very complicated report and is best analyzed by an expert in immunology. If your chronic illness involves digestive issues, hives, inflammation, chronic fatigue, histamine intolerance, chronic cytokine activation, high CRP, high white blood cell markers in your labs, then this is the report for you ($99).

Nutrigenomic risk assessment for Bipolar disorder

Bipolar disorder is a complex psychiatric disorder that is believed to be influenced by multiple genetic and environmental factors. It affects a person's mood, energy level, and ability to function. People with bipolar disorder experience periods of intense mood swings, which can range from manic or hypomanic episodes to depressive episodes. While there is no single gene that has been identified as causing bipolar disorder, several genes have been implicated in the development of the disorder; however, it is important to note that while genetic factors play a role in the development of bipolar disorder, environmental factors such as stress and substance abuse also play a significant role in the onset and progression of the disorder. This report is designed to show which gene variants you have that contribute to developing the condition and any nutritional interventions that are associated with these variants ($10).

Nutrigenomic protocol for migraine

Migraines can be an incredibly debilitating disorder. Although a wide range of acute and preventative medications are now available for the treatment of migraine headaches, many patients will not have a significant improvement in the frequency and severity of their headaches unless lifestyle modifications are made. Also, given the myriad side effects of traditional prescription medications, there is an increasing demand for natural treatment options. This report helps take the guesswork out of which vitamins and supplements are right for the type of migraine that you are experiencing, giving you more reliable, fast and effective treatments for the prevention and reduced severity of your migraines ($49). (The report also contains basic methylation and diet genes.)

nutrigenomic protocol for MCAs

Mast cells are a part of our innate immune system and are vital to our body’s response to invaders. They are a type of granulocyte and contain chemical mediators needed to signal various immune responses to help us fight off invaders (viruses, bacteria and other pathogens), create new blood cells and balance immune signaling. When mast cells trigger too easily, they degranulate (fall apart) releasing a payload of substances into the body too frequently. This causes a variety of complications with seemingly disjointed symptoms and is referred to as Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). This report evaluates the genes involved in MCAS and creates a supplement, diet and lifestyle protocol to address the genes that are causing your MCAS symptoms ($49). (The report also contains basic methylation and diet genes.)

lymphedema inflammatory genetics

Lymphedema can be congenital or acquired. Primary lymphedema is rare and caused by mutations in single genes, secondary lymphedema is more common and caused by a trauma in association with a genetic predisposition. This report is designed to evaluate your genetic risk factors and gives you actionable lifestyle, diet and supplement recommendations to reduce the symptoms and severity of lymphedema ($49).

Atopic dermatitis and mast cells

Atopic dermatitis is a chronic or chronically relapsing, inflammatory skin disease. Atopic dermatitis is characterized by skin inflammation, impaired skin barrier function, and IgE-mediated sensitization to food and environmental allergens. This report evaluates genes associated with atopic dermatitis and gives you actionable lifestyle, diet and supplement recommendations to reduce the symptoms and severity of atopic dermatitis. This report also includes basic methylation and diet genes ($49).

Genetics of Sleep Disturbances

Sleep disturbances, including conditions such as insomnia, hypersomnia, unrefreshing sleep, sleep apnea, and circadian rhythm disorders significantly impact health and quality of life. The cause of these disorders is multifactorial, involving both environmental factors and genetic predispositions. This report provides a comprehensive overview of the genetic underpinnings of various sleep disturbances, highlighting key genes and associated gene variants that contribute to these conditions and gives you actionable treatment options where applicable ($15).
